Recap of Yida Company's June Book Club Events

In June, Yida Company celebrated the Dragon Boat Festival with various exciting activities, including a "Mental Expansion Training" to build team cohesion, a food festival featuring "Happiness Zongzi" and "Sweet Lychee," and a book club event filled with intellectual discussions and positive energy. All employees participated, and we made progress in pursuing the "material and spiritual" well-being of our Yida family.

The Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Duanwu Festival, Double Fifth Festival, or Zhongxiao Festival, has its origins in ancient astronomical and philosophical beliefs. It contains profound and rich cultural connotations and has a wide range of festive customs. Recap of Yida Company's May Book Club Events

The summer solstice has not yet arrived, but May in Dongguan seems to have entered the height of summer. The lychee trees in the orchard are fully ripe, emitting a tempting fragrance. However, here at Yida, the scorching summer heat cannot dampen the enthusiasm for reading, and the fragrance of books is even stronger than that of lychees.

Recap of Yida Company's April Book Club Events

In order to build a learning-oriented company and create an interactive platform for employees to "read, reflect, and communicate", and to achieve "improving mindset and expanding management" through shared learning of the Ikujiro Nonaka management philosophy, on April 14, 2021, Yida Industrial Co., Ltd. officially established a book club. Based on the successful first book club event, the second and third book club events were held on April 23 and 28, respectively.
